Text Box:  Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women     Text Box:   Contest judges will be appointed by the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women, and their decisions will be final.   All district winning essays will be judged as a group at the state level.  Identities of the students/sponsoring club shall be deleted on the photocopy of the handwritten essays for judging purposes at each level. Each OFRW Congressional District Director shall prepare, and provide to the State Essay Chairman, a computer disk containing the winning six essays from her district for printing in the essay anthology, or send  to her via e-mail.  A hard copy of each essay is required in addition to the electronic copies.   The first, second and third place winners at the state level and the three honorable mention recipients at the state level will be guests of the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women at their annual Essay Contest Luncheon in April 2008, location to be announced.   Contact State Essay Chair Rose Millspaugh, 580-772-2070, for further information
