Candidate Resumes should be limited to two, single-line-spaced pages, and should reflect the professionalism hoped to be projected to the public and within the OFRW, including the following:


PERSONAL INFORMATION:

a.  Name & complete home street and mailing addresses, telephone (cell,home,work) and fax numbers, & e-mail
     address(s)

b.  Congressional District in which you reside and vote.

c.  Occupation and professional work history.


REPUBLICAN WOMENS ACTIVITIES:

d.  Length of time as a member of OFRW, and as a registered Republican.

e.  Office(s) for which a Nomination is sought.  (If asking for consideration for ore than one office, list order of 
     preference, i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd)

f.  OFRW Unit Club Membership:  Year membership began and the name of the Unite Club where you are 
    currently a full active member.

g.  NFRW, OFRW, AND UNIT CLUB Leadership experience:  elected & appointed offices/positions currently held
     and previously held, and special experience or activities.


REPUBLICAN PARTY ACTIVITES:

h.  Republican Party & Campaign activity involvement:  specify local, state and/or national levels; elected,
     appointed, volunteer, or paid positions; give years, candidates, or issues; list special experience or activities.


OTHER INFORMATION:

i.  Specify any relevant non-political activities, special interests, or community volunteer accomplishments.

j.  Any additional information that you wish the Committee to consider.


CANDIDATE'S LETTER OF INTENT:

k.  Attach a letter outlining past history with UNIT CLUB, OFRW, NFRW; goals; qualifications as a Candidate; and 
     a specific issue on which the OFRW should focus.
